Know who's coming and what they need — before the day.

Host an event

Set it up below; it takes about a minute.

For example: Summer BBQ

Guests will see who is asking — for example: Jamie

Guests see it written out, like Saturday 8 August.

More about the event (optional)

Guests see it beside the date, like 7pm.

A venue or address — guests see it, and it's added to the calendar.

A line about the day — where to come, when to arrive, what to bring. Everyone you invite reads it, so keep it about the event.

Lets you see how many have replied.

What your board collects

Turn on what you'd like your board to gather — guests are only ever asked about what you turn on. Turn everything off to collect plain RSVPs.

Guests will be asked what they need to get in and take part; you'll see it on your board and can sort it out with them. What they tell you is health and disability information — they agree before sharing it, only you can see it, and they're never asked why.

Already know what your venue can do? Say so, and guests see it early
What can you provide?

Add the ones you're sure of — guests see them when they pick. Anything you don't add just shows as “not confirmed”, and they can still tell you about it either way.

If it works but there's a knack to it, say so — every guest who picks this one sees it. About the place, not about a person: please don't name anyone.

you

Someone, and anyone helping run this event, will see your name and that you're coming. How your info is used.

OffUrPlate organises what you share; it does not make food safe.
