For client dinners, seminars and member events
The invite, the RSVP and the dietary list, without the spreadsheet.
One link to send. Dietary and access needs come back as a list your caterer can work from, held more safely than a form into Excel, and deleted 14 days after the event.
Start an eventThree free a year, then £39 an event. Invoices welcome.

Safer than the spreadsheet
Health information about your guests should not live in a shared drive forever. Here it is held in the UK and the EU, deleted 14 days after the event, with no adverts and no tracking. A UK company, registered with the ICO.
Allergies, done properly
The fourteen regulated allergens, how severe, and whether traces matter. Allergens and diets are picked from a list, not typed into a box. The kitchen gets a sheet, allergies first.
Access, with dignity
Guests say what they need, never why. Step-free, a hearing loop, somewhere quiet. You note what you've arranged, and they can see it before the day.
How it works
1
Make the event
A minute: the day, the questions you want asked, your menu. Add a colleague as co-host, free.
2
Send the link
By email or however you invite. Guests reply in a minute, signed in with Google, Apple or a code. No password to make.
3
Hand over the list
Who's coming, who hasn't said, and the sheet for the caterer, allergies first.
Also for the dinner at home.
Birthdays, the annual supper, the family at Christmas: the same tool, and your first three events a year are free.
